As a user of ElePass, we want to inform you of changes to the ElePass web platform and all of our native applications. Below is a list of release notes with tags for each platform. The release notes will provide information about new features, security updates, and non-security updates/bug fixes.

  • [FIXED] Identified and fixed the issue that was causing logged in users to spin on load.

  • [FIXED] Adjusted a refresh token issue. This should resolve any autofill issues and random timeout issues.
  • [FIXED] Removed some unnecessary API calls while moving between clients.
We just pushed a minor update and have had some reports of people getting white screens when accessing ElePass. If you run into this, try doing a hard refresh - ctrl+shift+r on windows / cmd+shift+r on mac and that should clear it up.
